PaPPS Accreditation is a consumer driven initiative that has been developed to establish the notion of patient centred care that is patient led. Each member has received bespoke PaPPS Accreditation training, have all of the relevant certification and industry body membership as well as on-going CPD training. Each PaPPS Accredited member that has undertaken the accompanying training will have the attitude that there is a person behind the patient and that the patient is at the centre of everything that they do.
“The PaPPS service that you offer patients pre and post is a breath of fresh air. All aspects of this service are truly fantastic. Norman understands my well-being and guides me in the direction that I need without being judgmental in anyway. It’s a service that is paramount when making such huge changes to your body from having surgery.”
PaPPS Accreditation has been pioneered to support the patient, surgeon and clinician ensuring that every aspect has been addressed and allows the patient to recognise their emotional, relational and psychological well-being.
Given the negative press over the past years we appreciate the importance of supporting both the patient ,the surgeon and the clinician ensuring that the best patient care and support is given. With an increasing number of people seeking cosmetic surgery, aesthetic treatments and elective surgical procedures, it is imperative that ERP support becomes part of your journey. Pre- and Post-operative evaluation is essential in supporting the surgeon and clinician to assess the ERP well-being of the patient ensuring that the surgeon and clinician, too, see the person behind the patient.
Alongside supporting patients, we work with surgeons and clinicians to ensure that their patients are prepared, mentally and physically, for the changes they will experience prior to and after treatment or procedure.
The goal of PaPPS Accreditation is a simple one: we believe that every patient deserves the right to have the relevant information to be able to make the decision about their procedure and for their ERP impacts to be considered as part of and throughout their elective surgical, cosmetic or aesthetic journey. This means ensuring that the patient considers, amongst other things, the impact that their treatment/procedure may have on their Emotional, Relational and Psychological well-being, both in the short-term and in the more distant future.
Do the Wright thing and choose a PaPPS Accredited member to ensure that you, the patient, receive the best experience possible.
